Dara Schindelka (Solo Set)

Dara's solo shows are a wonderful collection of the places, stories, and songs that share an intimate view into the life of a prairie girl that's lived in the north and wrote the songs to prove it. A piano based singer-songwriter, she makes herself at home in halls, backyards, and stages anywhere and everywhere.

BackSeat Driver

This prairie band love playing covers and upbeat originals. Formed in 2023, they have already played the Regina JazzFest, Last Mountain Summer Music Festival, and countless gigs in and around Saskatchewan. Their brand of music comes with soulful sounds and upbeat swing!

Commercial Compositions

Dara's commercial compositions are piano based but can include a variety of instruments. Her music can blend science and art to create music for film, commercials and beyond.

Instruction & Backing Vocals

Dara is a teacher at the University of Regina Conservatory in Singing and Theory. She also shares her voice on other musical projects as a backup singer and keyboardist for musicians.
